Why Yourdog Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs
Rich in buffalo and poultry Specially made for Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs Contains marigold, thyme and banana Promotes a healthy, shiny coat Maintains a healthy intestinal flora Free from artificial colors, flavors and fragrances Also suitable for sensitive Czechoslovakian WolfdogsOur ingredients
To produce our food, 10.6 kg of meat is dried for a 12 kg bag so that it can be better processed in our dry food. With the right proportion of vegetables, fruit and herbs, Yourdog uses meat from free-range and grass-fed buffalo. Buffalo meat is known for its creamy, fresh taste and strong color and is rich in vitamins and minerals. This tender meat has a lower cholesterol and fat content and fewer calories and is therefore very beneficial to health.
poultry
At Yourdog we use duck, chicken and turkey, which together give the food a delicious taste and aroma. The highly digestible proteins in poultry ensure good muscle building and are rich in vitamins and minerals.
Vegetables
To provide the dog with additional valuable nutrients, super-healthy vegetables have been added to our food. Vegetables, for example, are not only nutritious, but also have other healthy properties. The raw fiber in vegetables is good for the intestines and can, among other things, promote digestion.
Fruit
We add a unique combination of fruits to Yourdog that provide the dog with all the essential natural antioxidants. For example, fruit can be good for the dog's immune system, but it can also help keep breath fresh or maintain a healthy digestive system. These natural ingredients promote the dog's health.
Herbs
The healthy herbs that enrich our food come from plants grown in Europe. The use of herbs, roots, flowers, plants, algae, etc. has a tradition that goes back thousands of years. These ingredients support the natural processes in the dog's body, such as digestion. Each ingredient that we add to our dog food has been carefully selected for its positive properties. The ingredients are highlighted depending on the size of the dog, the breed or the breed group. Breed-specific ailments can be alleviated by using herbs, roots, flowers and plants.
Czechoslovakian Wolfdog specific vegetables, herbs and fruits
We have carefully researched the breed characteristics of the Czechoslovakian Wolfdog. We have also researched the characteristics of the FCI breed section and the FCI breed group to which the Czechoslovakian Wolfdog belongs. From these studies, in consultation with leading Dutch nutritionists, ingredients were selected that optimally serve the health and well-being of the Czechoslovakian Wolfdog.
marigold
The marigold (Calendula) is a plant that, like the goldenrod, belongs to the daisy family. The marigold is a cultivated flower that has long been used for its various medicinal properties. The original Calendula species was probably native to Asia and Eastern Europe, but this field marigold is rarely found in the wild. The marigold is also an edible plant for humans and is rich in nutrients.
There is a lot of information about the positive effects of calendula. We can add calendula to dog food because it can make a positive contribution to the prevention of breed-specific ailments related to the skin, mouth, throat, digestion, eyes and feet. It is particularly good for the restoration of the skin and mucous membranes, it has an anti-inflammatory and regenerating effect. It can also prevent cramps during the digestive process.
Marigold is mainly used as an external treatment, for example for abrasions or skin problems. However, due to its regenerative properties, it can also be used internally.
thyme
Thyme is a genus of the mint family. These include herbaceous or woody plants with a very aromatic smell. Thyme was used by the Greeks and Romans as a medicinal plant against lung diseases, rheumatism, paralysis, stomach cramps, ulcers, headaches, colic and nervous weakness.
The medicinal properties of thyme are confirmed by its high vitamin K content. In addition, thyme contains a lot of iron and the minerals calcium and manganese. It also contains the amino acid tryptophan and a considerable amount of fiber.
Thyme has anti-inflammatory properties and powerful antibacterial and antifungal properties. It also stimulates the production of white blood cells and strengthens the immune system. Thyme is rich in antioxidants and effectively fights free radicals.
At Yourdog, we add thyme to our dog food because it could make a positive contribution to the prevention of breed-specific complaints related to rheumatism, paralysis, stomach and nerves. Thyme is also a natural bacteria fighter.
banana
The banana plant grows in tropical regions where temperatures do not fall below 10 degrees Celsius. There is even evidence that the banana was already cultivated in New Guinea around 7,000 years ago. The name is derived from the word Œbanaana from the language of the Wolof people.
Bananas are rich in vitamins and minerals. These include vitamins A, C and B11 (folic acid) as well as the minerals potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc. The natural antioxidant vitamin C can strengthen the immune system. Vitamin B11, or folic acid, can support the immune system and contribute to a well-functioning nervous system. It can also reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Potassium can also help lower blood pressure in dogs with high blood pressure, while magnesium can relax muscles and promote bone growth. In addition, bananas contain a lot of good fiber and ensure more good bacteria in the gut.

If you are switching to Yourdog from another brand of food, we recommend that you follow the steps below. As a first step, feed 25% Yourdog and 75% of the old dog food. The dog can get used to it for two days. Then feed 50% Yourdog and 50% of the old food. It is important that you let the dog get used to it again for two or three days. Then mix 75% Yourdog and 25% of the old dog food. The dog is now almost completely on Yourdog. Do this for 2 days. After that, you can feed 100% Yourdog. The food is exposed to oxygen, moisture and light, which can affect its shelf life and taste. Therefore, it is important to store the food properly after opening the bag, preferably in an airtight storage box or barrel in a dry, cool and dark place. It is best not to put the food into the tub individually, but to put it in the whole bag and close it as tightly as possible.
