Elderberries help to stimulate pigment formation in birds and rodents, very good during moulting. Contains a lot of vitamins A, B and C. One of the greatest benefits of elderberries is their immunity-boosting properties.
Sultanas contain many good vitamins, such as vitamin B. This vitamin is good for the heart and blood vessels. Sultanas also stimulate digestion.
