Trixie The Reptiland Coconut Chips 4.5 liters are a ground cover for terrariums where high humidity is desired, such as for some lizards or snakes. This natural, organic product expands to four to five times its size when water is added. The chips retain moisture very well and for a long time, making them perfect for rainforest terrariums, humid shelters and other environments where the humidity must be constantly high. Of course, it is also possible to let the chips dry for longer and use them in drier terrariums.
Trixie Reptiland's coconut flakes are heat-treated and free of fungus and fertilizers. So natural, safe and easy to use!
