Petsafe Microchip Cat Flap in White allows secure and exclusive access for your pet using your cat's microchip ID, without the need for a collar or other accessories. This cat flap is suitable for cats and small dogs up to 8 kg. It is made of sturdy plastic, has a depth of 12.2 cm and a transparent flap that allows animals with a shoulder width of up to 15 cm to pass through. The flap has four positions - in only, out only, open in both directions or fully closed - and a draft strip that prevents cold and drafts. With the ability to program up to 40 microchips, this flap keeps unwanted animals out and allows your own pet access. Note: For installation in metal or glass doors you will need a separate installation kit and possibly the help of a professional. The hatch is powered by 4 AA batteries (not included). This flap will not work in a metal door.
